Intellectual Property

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your Project Proposal or Agreement. Typically, we require a 50% deposit to begin work, with the remaining 50% due upon delivery and approval.

Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.

Project Timeline

We will provide estimated timelines for each project. Timelines depend on timely receipt of materials, feedback, and approvals from you. Delays on your part may extend the project timeline.

Warranty and Support

We provide a warranty period for bug fixes and issues related to our delivered work. The specific warranty period will be outlined in your Project Proposal.

Ongoing support and maintenance services are available as separate engagements.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fusion Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. You will be responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information shared during the project confidential and not disclose it to third parties without written consent.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Fusion Labs operates.
